Orders are usually processed and ready to ship within 5-7 business days after the order is placed.  If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders during holidays or promotions, these processing times may be extended to 5-7 days.

CYNIQUE COLLECTION does not offer expedited processing services unless specifically requested to rush an order.  Once an order has left our facility, your selected shipping speed will be applied via USPS and USPS will strive to deliver your package within your selected timeframe.

CYNIQUE COLLECTION is not responsible for unforeseen USPS delays during the transit of the package (weather, operations, truck breakdowns, improper handling).  Please file a complaint with USPS Customer Support.

• Once an order is shipped, an automatic email notification with a tracking number is sent immediately.

• Please keep in mind that if Priority USPS method is chosen, this does not expedite H2H processing times.

• Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update, once you receive a tracking number.

Once we hand over your order to USPS, unfortunately it is out of our control.  While we do our best to ensure smooth and timely delivery, Cynique Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

If your order has already shipped and the address is incorrect, you'll need to place a new order.  If the original package is returned to us, we will refund you upon receipt.
