Refund policy
We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3-5 days, upon receipt of your order). If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, final sale products, special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Return Window
You may request a return for credit within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Tags must still be attached (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Credits
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved returns will be credited within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

- The reason for your return
